About Alef Bet Preschool
RACHEL BEDZOW
Rachel Bedzow is assistant teacher in our Pre-K class. She grew up in Miami Beach where she attended Hebrew Academy. She then spent a year in Israel at Midreshet Moriah, before earning her BA in Economics from Barnard College. After working in various large corporations in New Jersey and Miami, she taught a number of grade levels at a Hebrew school in Atlanta, and tutored students privately as well. Rachel now lives in White Plains with her husband Ira and three daughters, two of whom are Alef Bet alumnae and one who is a current student. We are delighted that Rachel has joined our staff with her intelligence, warmth and wonderful way with children!
