ROCHEL BUTMAN
Rochel Butman is director of our school. Rochel grew up in Brooklyn and received her degree in education and psychology at Touro College in 1995. She has worked in the field of education for 30 years, including 10 years at Bicultural Day School in Stamford, Connecticut and 13 years of directing preschool. Rochel lived in Westchester for 18 years and now lives in Brooklyn with six of her eight children k"ah. Rochel directs Chabad of Westchester, which includes Chabad Hebrew School, the Friendship Circle and various other community programs, and has done so for over 25 years. Rochel's passion is Jewish education and she loves coming to work each day!
